The mother said she hopes her child can come back to school Thursday without any problems.

"I hope there is no victimization or something that will happen, I trust it."

On Wednesday, some students in the school protested in support of the teacher.

But the mother said the daughter did fine: "It's not easy, but I feel we will overcome this, we'll get through it. She tries, she's a strong girl, she's coming over it."

It is not yet clear what steps the school will take to the teacher and the learner.
