Man dies after alleged stabbing in the Bundaberg suburban park at Norville



A man has died after a fatal stabbing took place in a Norville park overnight.

The police claimed that two men were fighting around 21:00 last night where a man was pushed in his chest and shoulder.

The 39-year-old collapsed on a park bench.

A QAS spokeswoman said they participated in the scene at 9.01, where the man was found in a serious state.

"The man was transported to hospital and declared dead at the Bundaberg Hospital upon arrival," said spokesman.

The police arrested a 29-year-old man shortly later at a nearby address.

He was accused of a number of murders and will meet the Bundaberg Magistrates Court on Monday.

Diners in a popular Sunshine Coast district had interrupted their night last night after two men started selling battles in the middle of a restaurant.

The police said they were accused of an attack on Rococo's restaurant at Hastings St, Noosa Heads at 12.15, after two men in the 1980s were alleged to have been involved in the center of the facility.

During the event, a 49-year injury to the ears and was taken to hospital, while a 44-year-old was also transported to the hospital.

A spokesman from Queensland Police Service said both men were considered to be known to each other.

The spokesman said that neither of the two men had made any complaints to the police, but that the authorities should follow up the event with both men on Sunday.
