But sun vitamin is also important for bone, cell growth and good mood. Always here with it! But how?

Our body can only partially produce vitamin D. In insufficient quantities. Vitamin D is made mainly under the influence of UV rays using cholesterol in the skin. But foods such as fish, liver, eggs, mushrooms and even dark chocolate may contain vitamin D. Of course, vitamin D supplement is also a possible solution. Vitamin D: A hormone?

Vitamin D is actually a hormone because it exerts its effect in the nucleus. The term vitamin has historically chosen a little out of focus, but has naturalized it. It is a strong energy modulator and strong anticancer if the supply is correct. It modulates many medical conditions and can do much more than support osteoporosis.

Can you also take vitamin D in the solarium?

One can already try to achieve the metabolic conversion to active vitamin D (1.25 cholecalciferol) of the sun's UV light. However, due to the required dose, it would be so damaging to the skin's aging that any benefit would interrupt.

Can vitamin D be taken without vitamin K2?

You can take vitamin D and K2 separately. It is often taken together, as both subjects show an unnecessary effect in osteoporosis and atherosclerosis. However, there are also enough deficiencies in vitamin D that do not require K2 and have nothing to do with osteoporosis.

How much time is spent outside to avoid taking D capsules?

The rule of thumb is that in the middle of Europe in the summer at lunchtime you should expose the skin to the sun for about two to three hours to produce a sufficient amount of active vitamin D, you think for a day. At this time of year, you probably will not even be able to produce 5 percent of the amount requested.

How is it best to take vitamin D outdoors?

Vitamin D is not absorbed by the light and the sun in open air, but through the intestines. This is then treated first in the kidneys and then again in the skin and so on on active vitamin D. At present, a mass hysteria is stoked in terms of a healthy approach to the sun, it can be assumed that when using a sunblower synthesizes the vitamin D almost completely bends. In addition, we have observed in Central Europe an endemic vitamin D deficiency, which may be due to a polymorphism of the intestinal receptors.
