Plovdiv Judge Georgi Kabakov continues to be highly valued by UEFA when he got a fight from the elimination of the Europa League tournament.
He will lead the first meeting of the 16th final between Belgian FC Bruges and Red Bull (Salzburg, Austria) on Thursday.
His assistants will be Martin Margaritov and Dian Valkov, while the fourth judge is Georgi Todorov. Additional assistant judges behind the doors are Nikola Popov and Stanislav Todorov.
Kabakov also won a Champions League match in the final round of the group stage that led Valencia (Spain) – Manchester United in December, where he also presented himself at a high level.
