Telenor launches Buy Online service through which mobile operator customers can now purchase devices and accessories and renew their contracts. The service is available on the company's official website www.telenor.bg.
Buying the online service enables the operator's customers to renew their contract as well as buying a mobile device or renting it to their contract. Depending on the customer's wishes, delivery can be as well as the customer's address and the most convenient Telenor store.
Delivery is completely free throughout the country. The terms of the selected subscription plan are active at the date of delivery. In cases where prepayment is not mandatory, the customer chooses to deliver with courier, has the option to choose and how to pay for the order – online by bank card or cash upon receipt of delivery.
Renewal of a Buy Online service is now possible for Telenor's private customers, requiring customers to register for MyTelenor's web portal. To purchase units and accessories without a subscription plan, registration is not necessary and can also be used for users who are not Telenor's customers.
With the Buy Online service, customers also have access to exclusive offers for different models of mobile devices that Telenor offers only for purchases, such as Samsung Galaxy Note 9 512 GB, Huawei Mate 20, Xiaomi Pocophone F1 64GB, Motorola Moto G6 Plus and more. For the first customers of the service, Telenor has also given special gifts.
