Veteran Reggae Artiste Cocoa Tea delayed his turn to make sure he could perform at the first show of Buju Banton's Long Walk to the Freedom Tour. "I was going to start traveling this week. I'll put it off and see the flair we start the trip next month," he told The Gleaner.
The back stage musician was all smiles as he tells us, "I feel excited. It's not because I'm performing for the people – because I've done it so many times. But to know that I can be part of this occasion, welcoming Buju Banton forward – it's a joy that overwhelms my heart. "
He added: "Me and this man are not like friends. We are like family. We come from the road way … not back forward when! Missing is to diss. It's so close to cocoa cheese and Buju Banton."
