Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order was announced in the campaign this week exclusively for Nintendo Switch, and the official page on Nintendo's website reveals more details about what's new, as well as new screens.
Here is an introduction to the game, according to Marvel:
In this new storyline, heroes and villains unite in a race over the Marvel Universe to find Infinity Stones before Thanos and The Black Order use them to release cosmic chaos. From Avenger's Tower to X-Mansion and beyond, any stop on the dangerous search for Thanos unexpected collisions of fan favorite characters and iconic sites results. Get closer to the action by switching the view to an over-the-shoulder "Heroic Camera" perspective – a series first that gives a more profound way to play single player or multiplayer on up to four systems. Play online, offline via local wireless, or just send a Joy-Con controller to a friend to join your team. With another pair of Joy-Con ™ controllers (sold separately) four players can put together a system! The drop-in / drop-out co-op options allow players to create their own "Ultimate Alliance" at their discretion.
The game adds new characters like Guardians of the Galaxy, Falcon, Scarlet Witch and more and there's a new "Heroic Camera" mode that switches the action to an over-shoulder display that can be used in single-player or multiplayer across multiple systems. You can also play co-op both online or offline, with sofa co-op and local wireless on multiple switches supported.
