These were the most popular Google searches in Vancouver in 2018

If you are what you go Google, it's safe to say that Vancouverites have pretty good taste.

As the year ends, Google has published its annual list of top trends and top-of-mind topics for Canadians in 2018, ranging from tragic deaths of iconic characters and devastating tragedies to popular video kiosks that the viewers just could not get enough of.

Here in Vancouver was the most widely sought-after World Cup, followed by late legendary cook Anthony Bourdain, the Winter Olympics, and late fashion designer Kate Spade.

As for the rest of the country, Canadians could not seem to get enough of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, in addition to the Black Panther film and the World Cup.
