How to make Mono Cola?
If you left the desire to try the ice, or at least take the abehal, we will leave you a recipe so you can do it at home. To prepare the Christmas drink you need:
- 1 liter of milk
- 300 ml pisco or other brandy, in the United States vodka.
- 2 buds
- 3 feet.
- 1 cinnamon stick about 6cm long.
- 3 tablespoons of coffee (use the Colombian Nescafé)
- 1/3 cup (75 grams) granular sacker.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
According to the recipe at the Enmicocinahoy.cl site, put milk, fat and cinnamon in a medium-sized medium-sized saucepan and make sure the milk does not rise.
When the mixture is hot, take a little and dissolve the coffee. Return the mixture to the pot to continue heating it.
While this is cooking, beat the eggs with sugar until they are well mixed. When the milk boils, lower the heat to a minimum and remove a boil warm milk and add the mixture of egg yolks that always strikes.
Now, return everything to the pan and keep warming and stirring until it thickens and elevates the heat to medium for at least 5 minutes.
When done, let it cool down to add vanilla and liqueur to taste.
