Star Citizen: Planet Hurston and Free-Fly Event next week; Crowdfunding exceeds $ 200 million

Cloud Imperium Games will expand Persistent Universe of Star Citizen (Alpha 3.3.5) next week with the Hurston planet. Hurston was featured on CitizenCon 2018 on October 10th and is a large planet spanning thousands of miles of playable land with more than five different biomes, including urban landscapes, savannas, tundra, mountains and coasts. Lorville, city center, will also be available. In Lorville, players can expect a densely populated city as well as the "New Deal" ship shop – where you can buy all in-game ships with in-game currency.

Fittingly, from November 23 to December 1, 2018, a "Free-Fly-Event" will take place. All interested players can watch Star Citizen for free and test some of the previously integrated spacecraft (more than 80). A Star Citizen account for "Persistent Universe" can be created here.

Within the game, each spacecraft manufacturer will provide its entire group for a 24-hour "test flight". From day to day, the manufacturer changes. The list and schedule for the available spacecraft can be found here. In the "Free-Fly-Event" you can also check 30 different types of missions and visit eight moons.

The crowd survey of Star Citizen has now broken the $ 200 million audio barrier. Over 2.12 million people have now encountered the ambitious space game Chris Roberts.
