Earlier Ireland, Reading and Waterford striker Noel Hunt have been appointed new Assistant Manager for League Two-side Swindon Town.
Jaga has recently completed Ireland's league with Waterford where he played the role of player and deputy director.
Swindon kicked Phil Brown on Sunday and announced today that Richie Wellens took over the cloths at the club.
"To me it's a great opportunity to handle a well-managed football club, have a good infrastructure and a tradition for the past six or seven years to play a style I want to play," said the Wellens club website.
"I want to take the ball down, play positively, fast, pass football and give results and success to this football club, because it's currently underachieving."
Waterford boss Alan Reynolds, who had Hunt as a player and assistant, said today: "Noel was a professional on and off the field and I want to thank him.
"He played a major role in helping his hometown club qualify for Europe. We wish him the best."
Hunt helped Waterford to a nice spot last season and hopes to help Swindon up on the table. Robins are currently 17th with 17 played games.
