In connection with the anniversary of Patriarch Pavle's death, a tower is revealed on the former head of the Serbian Orthodox Church on Thursday.
The monument will be presented on the plateau in front of Markus Church and on the initiative of the city of Belgrade and with the blessing of Serbian patriarch Irines, Mayor Goran Vesic announced his Facebook deputy mayor Goran Vesic.
The monument is the work of the sculptor Zoran Males.
Nine years ago, November 15, Patriarch Pavle in Belgrade passed 95 years.
The Serbian Orthodox Church's chief executive was from 1990 to 2009.
