It's quite remarkable how many things Avengers: Endgame manages to pull off: revisiting scenes from earlier films, wrapping up over a decade of storytelling, providing a good send-off to multiple characters, and bringing back a host of actors for brief cameos.
But, to be fair, since the movie is so segmented into different areas and time zones, it probably wasn't att tough to bring people like Tilda Swinton or Hayley Atwell back.
There was one cameo scene in the movie that was a bit of a logistical nightmare to film, however – but it had absolutely nothing to do with any of the big name stars involved.

"The hardest one was a scene in the movie where it's the scene in the diner where we introduced Smart Hulk the first time," Anthony Russo explained to Cleveland.com.
"So, he's sitting there with Ant-Man, Black Widow and Captain America, and there's these three kids who walk in who are Hulk fans. They want a picture with him.
"And those three kids are, one is my son Julian. One is my brother's daughter, Lia. One is my sister's son, Augie."

According to Russo, the reason it was so difficult is that working around the children's school schedules was a lot tougher than trying to get all of the Marvel stars in the same place for filming. Who knew?
