On February 12, Kiev Shevchenko considers the court a preventive measure for the head of the Kherson region Vladislav Manger in case of the killing of Yekaterina Gandzyuk
On February 12, the Shevchenko district court in Kiev found a request to elect a preventive measure for the President of the Kherson Regional Council and the recent member of the Batkivshchyna party Vladislav Manger, suspected of organizing the murder of activist Yekaterina Gandzyuk. Manger is suspected that Manger is also illegal logging associated with the Gandzyuk murder.
Manger, as a likely customer, has long been pointed out by the family of the murdered activist. She also called the name of the governor of the region and the current BPP member Alexei Gordeyev, even though he was left without a "pidozry".
"Land" followed the trial that started at 12:00 online. At the request of lawyers, the court announced a four-hour break from the beginning so that the defense of Vladislav Manger would become aware of the use of the detention measure. Then the meeting continued at. 17.00. The head of the Kherson Regional Council chief at this time was represented by five lawyers (two ended after 5 pm because they did not have time to arrive at the Kherson morning meeting).
The court decided to postpone the meeting on the election of a detention measure to Vladislav Manger at. 12:30 tomorrow, 13 February.

18:08 The court announced a break in the trial until February 13 to 12.30.
In this connection, they decided not to give interpreters to lawyers, as they would have time to find a specialist (although they asked to postpone the trial until 14:00 to 15:00).
18:06 The prosecutor stated that she had no movements. And clarified, give the original or a copy. The judge said the original. The prosecutor said that the disks tomorrow could deliver disks.
18:05 The court requested lawyers and undertook to provide them with a record of the hearing of Pavlovsky and Torbin.
17:55 According to the prosecutor, there are discs in the case. And they are not related to the material of the petition for a preventive measure, and they should not have been in compliance with procedural standards.
17:52 The prosecutor notes that the issue of compliance with the inquiry protocol at this stage of the investigation prior to the trial is premature. And it is not necessary to question the admissibility of the protocol's entry as evidence.
17:45 Lawyers continue to insist that they should have been given discs with video recordings in the case. And that they suspect investigators could distort the information. Or that someone from the interrogation could read his testimony "from a piece of paper."
17:43 The court denied this request to Manger's defense. Igor Pavlovsky and Sergey Torbin will not be summoned to clarify the question.
17:42 The prosecutor asked the court to deny the law book to call the court and to question suspect Pavlovsky and Torbin there, as this is not provided for in the law.
17:33 The defense explains that judging by the preliminary investigation protocols, there are inaccuracies to be clarified. For example, one of the suspects said that a third person told him that the customer was Nikolayevich (or Nikolai). And that the investigator did not specify why Nikolayevich is Manger. And also that allegedly in one place says the suspect "Nikolayevich and Munger".
17:32 The lawyers note that the investigating judge can also add a translator, and it is difficult for them to do so because they came from Kherson and they must seek a specialist in Kiev.
5:30 pm The Prosecutor believes that the introduction of the interpreter to the meeting is premature and inappropriate. And also that the defense itself has to find a translator and give the court a clear translation of documents.
17:25 Austrian documents spoken by lawyers are a lease agreement for Vladislav Manger's wife. The defense requests to provide the court with a translator from German to translate these documents, for example if the court is appointed tomorrow at. 9.00 for the remaining time, lawyers will not have the physical ability to find a translator who officially confirms the translation in the morning. They also offer the opportunity to allocate the case to 15:00, so they have time to independently find a translator.
17:22 Another request from lawyers is to inquire and clarify the evidence of the suspects Pavlovsky and Torbin.
17:20 Manger's defense requested to attach the document file, as they said, to rejecting the information that Vladislav Manger has in real estate in Austria. And when Munger was in Austria, he lived in a rental home, which would be odd if he had his own property.
17:19 The lawyers said they have no reason to rely on the protocol and they would like to read the video to see the circumstance of the interrogation with their own eyes. For example, if anyone interrogated the reported answers.
17:18 The prosecution stated that the issue of Igor Pavlovsky was actually recorded on video, but the protocol does not say that the disk should have been attached to it and there is only a description of what is recorded on video.
17:15 Another argument from the defenders is that there are no records with records from the query specified in the addition to the protocol in the case file. They asked for discs and postponed the meeting.
17:14 The Armed Forces also mentioned that they have materials to be attached to the case (talking about Manger's property problems abroad), but they are in German and there was not enough time for translation.
17:12 The lawyers insist that all of them failed to gain full knowledge of the material of the case as the original copy was one.
17:10 The prosecutor disagreed with these arguments, stating that the law required 3 hours to familiarize themselves with the materials in the petition to the lawyers.
17:08 The lawyers again request the court to postpone the meeting tomorrow, February 13, in order to prepare properly. They noted that their client had been acting both to the prosecutor and to the trial. "Is it possible in such circumstances to give lawyers a night of normal knowledge of the case, to write and to prepare procedural documents?" – the defender asked Munger.
17:05 The lawyers explained why they arrived in Kiev later. According to them, they became aware at the hearing on February 11 at 9 am. 14.00. There was somewhere on the plane from Kherson to Kiev, so the defendant flew alone to Kiev so he would not be accused of evading the court. And his lawyers came later and in the way they did not have the opportunity to properly investigate the case.
17:04 The defense of Vladislav Mangera stated that she had no objections to the judges or the prosecution.
17:00 After the break, the experiment continued. Two Manger attorneys who arrived from Kherson arrived at the meeting.
13:00 Sergey Bondar, participant of the campaign "Who ordered Z.K. Gandzyuk?" and a member of the C14 organization, said that if it hadn't been for the storm of the Podolsk Police Department on February 9, there would have been no hearing today. "Of course we would not have seen V.Manger and Y. If it were not for the pressures of society and struck by activists on Saturday, we would not have seen V.Manger and Y.Timoshenko on the defendant's bench would never have excluded him from their related to her case, I think, and investigation will come to them, "he said.
So the trial was held before the break was announced

12:45 Vladislav Munger leaves the hall, he did not answer questions from journalists. "Happiness, health" – activists scream at him who was present in the hall.
12:41 The court decided in part to meet Vladislav Manger's petition for defense, as two of his lawyers received copies of petitions the day before, as confirmed by receipts. The court decided to pause the trial for up to four hours so that the lawyers could become acquainted with the documents during that period.
12:39 The lawyer Mangera said each lawyer should have both a copy of the petition and a copy of the case.
12:38 The prosecution noted that after the case, the lawyers would need three hours to get to know the documents. And that the two lawyers were handed copies of the petition against the reception.
12:37 The third lawyer noted that the court must oblige the prosecutor to deliver copies of the petition to each of the lawyers.
12:35 The other lawyer also said that part of the Manger's defenders learned about the media trial and did not have time to arrive from Kherson in Kiev. And this is another argument for the transfer of the meeting.
12:30 The lawyer said neither Vladislav Manger's defense nor himself had seen the material in the petition on the choice of a preventive measure. He asks to postpone the trial tomorrow, February 13, no earlier than 2 pm when attending another meeting. The lawyer also added that his client is not imprisoned and will not evade the court and investigations.
12:28 Munger said he did not trust prosecutors but would not request their withdrawal.
12:20 The experiment began.
12:17 The hall is in terrible turmoil, as there is not enough room for journalists, many of them sit on the floor.
12:15 In Shevchenko Court began an attempt in the case of V. Manger. Thousands of law enforcement agencies provide security for the order. In the courtroom there is already V. Manger and three lawyers. This is reported by the correspondent of "Countries".

11:59 Prior to the trial, Vladislav Munger indicated at SBU's role in the murder of Gandzyuk. Under the question of the head of Kherson Regional Council Vladislav Manger, names of people from SBU's high offices will be heard. Manger announced this on his social networking site and expressed the hope that these names will not disappear from the preliminary study protocol.
"I am aware of both the investigators and the journalists: the contractors did not leave my office, my assistant did not give them money, I had no conflict with Catherine.
Few people in the authority circle have a secret that Catherine, in her lifetime, should subordinate to some senior SBU officers who actually covered strings in the area. Tomorrow, under question, these names will obviously sound. And I sincerely hope that these names will not disappear from the protocol and will be expressed in the trial. The country was supposed to know who actually ordered Gandzyuk, "said Munger. Munger also called what happened to him a political order and the charge – forgery.
The case was described by the head of the GPU, Yuriy Lutsenko. According to him, last summer, Vladislav Munger decided to organize the murder of Yekaterina Gandzyuk because of personal hostility caused by her active public activities that hindered the suspect's selfish interests. The prosecutor's office said that in order to implement the plan, Munger turned to his acquaintances, criminal secretary Alexey Levin and former assistant deputy Nikolai Palamarchuk Igor Pavlovsky. These, in turn, attracted artists participating in the ATO. This is a former policeman Sergei Torbin, as well as Viktor Gorbunov, Nikita Grabchuk, Vladimir Vasyanovich, Vyacheslav Vishnevsky. The organizer of this top five is called Torbin. He and Vasyanovich were previously awarded the order "For Courage" III degree for participation in military actions in the Donbas.
According to police, Manger Levin and Pavlovsky gave at least 10,000 hryvnia for the purchase of communications and murder weapons. In addition, he awarded at least $ 5,600 to the attack on Gandzyuk. Of these, Pavlovsky and Levin gave $ 4,000 to Torbin. He again distributed his four accomplices $ 500 each and left the rest to himself.
Catherine Gandzyuk was poured with sulfuric acid on July 31, when she left her own house. As a result of the attack, she got chemical burns over 30% of her body. On August 1, she was taken to Kiev for further treatment. She died in hospital on November 4.
National police stated that all performing artists, except Sergey Torbin, confessed to the crime and cooperated with the investigation. The broker between the customer and the artists, Igor Pavlovsky, was detained. The second likely mediator – Alexey Levin – managed to escape from Ukraine.
Remember, on the morning of February 11, the GPU announced the suspicion of the crime of the head of Kherson Regional Council, Vladislav Manger. Then, investigative measures began at his place of residence. In Kherson, a group of procedural leaders left the prosecution's office and SBU investigators.
At the same time, state prosecutor Yury Lutsenko disguised why the police could not force Vladislav Manger to court.
